Colegio Luterano Salvadoreno was established in 1978 as an outreach ministry of The Lutheran Church of El Salvador. The students, in grades K - 9, live in one of the most poverty-stricken, dangerous areas of San Salvador, surrounded by drugs, gangs, prostitution and violence - on a daily basis.
Your contribution of $150.00 will provide tuition for a year for a student. This money will be used to pay not only for tuition, but teachers' salaries, as well as school supplies. Education is the only hope these children have to escape this lifestyle.
A donation in any amount will be put towards the school's general fund and will help improve the campus playground, help keep the computer lab current, and provide for scholastic items the students need.
