The First Lutheran School Health Office provides basic health care services to the school's students and employees. The office is staffed by trained health care professionals and is open during regular school hours. If your child requires medication at school, a medical authorization form signed by the child's doctor is required to be on file with the school office. All medications are kept in the Health Office. Inhalers may be kept with the student if the doctor has given signed approval. Please alert the school office of any other health considerations for your child in writing from the child's physician. If your child cannot participate in exercise due to illness or injury, please provide an excuse in writing from the parent or guardian to the child's teacher. Excuses for more than three days require a doctor's note. The Health Office is located near the gate on Flower Street, across from the Early Education Center.
