If for some reason there is a problem with your online enrollment submission, please save or print the Enrollment Application PDF (link below) to your computer, and bring the completed form into the EEC office on Monday morning beginnine 8:00 a.m. You may wish to 'preview' the online enrollment questions on this PDF before applying online.
