| We have 33 staff members working to provide a safe, loving place for your child. Each staff member meets and exceeds the state education requirements for teachers. Our teachers must have completed a minimum of 24 units of Early Childhood Education, and our Assistant Teachers must have completed at least 12 units. Most of our teachers have completed an AS or BS in Child Development. Because the field is rapidly changing with all the recent research, each staff member is strongly recommended to and rewarded for completing at least one Early Childhood class a year, or completing 20 continuing education hours. When hiring teachers, we spend a great deal of time interviewing and trying to select teachers that embody our philosophy, that are gentle and caring with the children, and that are enthusiastic and truly enjoy small children. |
